Quest High School is proud to recognize Mrs. Laura Krienke as our September GEM Award recipient.

Mrs. Krienke's passion for building relationships and celebrating student success embodies the heart of Quest High School's mission of: responding to student needs, supporting academic achievement, and building meaningful relationships to create caring young adults who are ready to contribute in meaningful ways to our community. She consistently checks in with every student, takes initiative in PACK Time activities, and makes sure every student feels engaged and valued. From encouraging students as they practice opening lockers to stepping in to cover classes or lead when needed, Mrs. Krienke demonstrates a true “whatever-it-takes” mindset.

Her work also reflects Burnet CISD’s mission of Better Together. Through her servant leadership, encouragement, and dedication, Mrs. Krienke strengthens the culture of Quest HS and models the kind of teamwork that allows students and staff to succeed side by side.

“Mrs. Krienke is a culture-builder,” said Mrs.Meyer, campus administrator. “Her warmth, consistency, and willingness to serve make Quest a place where students feel connected and capable. She truly represents what it means to live out ‘Better Together.’”

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Laura Krienke, Quest’s September GEM!
