About Me

I’m honored to join Burnet CISD as the new Administrator/Coordinator for Quest High School. I began my career in education over 30 years ago with Uvalde CISD, which has included classroom teaching, mentoring students and teachers, coaching, and campus/curriculum leadership. I’m passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.

For the past several years, I’ve served as a high school English teacher and campus GT Coordinator in Marble Falls ISD, working with a wide range of learners, including Advanced Placement students and those needing additional academic support. I believe in the power of second chances, the importance of individualized support, and the value of helping every student find their path to success.

My husband and I have called the Highland Lakes area home for the past eight years, and together we have a blended family of five grown children and three wonderful grandchildren. We are actively involved in Burnet Methodist Church, where I currently serve on the praise and worship team. We’re deeply invested in this community, and I’m truly excited to begin this new chapter with Quest High School and Burnet CISD.
